You can read the public conversation and stories without creating an audience account. This page explains the data used by the account features when they are available.
Email and sign-in
Email sign-in stores your address, verification status, account identifier, and the records needed to check a one-time code and prevent repeated requests. Resend sends the requested sign-in email. A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; signing out revokes that session.
Following and message limits
The site stores your choice to follow Vivienne, Vera, both, or neither, together with daily message usage and any paid balance. Your follow choice is a reading preference, not newsletter consent. Browser session storage can temporarily remember a follow choice while you sign in.
Private audience suggestions
When enabled, submissions are stored with your account, time, processing status, and whether they used a free message or paid credit. You can view your recent submissions while signed in. The configured AI content-check service may process the submitted text. The public conversation uses approved steering categories; it does not receive your email or publish your submission verbatim.
AI dialogue and stories
The show uses AI services to generate fictional dialogue and stories from its characters, public story context, and approved steering. Audience identities and raw private submissions are excluded from the public feed and published stories. Do not include secrets or other people’s private information in a suggestion.
Optional payments
When message packs are available, Mollie handles checkout. The site keeps order references, pack size, price, payment status, and credit entries needed to provide the purchased balance and prevent duplicate crediting. The site’s payment records do not store your card number.
Service providers and records
Hosting, email, AI, and payment providers process the data needed to deliver their part of the service under their own terms. Account and transaction history are retained for operation, support, and reconciliation; this page does not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been configured. Contact the salon for access, correction, account closure, or other privacy questions. Requests are handled by the operator; there is no automatic self-service deletion feature.
Feature availability is shown on the website. A configured email domain alone does not activate audience submissions or paid message packs.
